Dealer Sentiment Survey – Gearing up for the new normal
Ambit Collective, in collaboration with ARPRO, conducted a significant survey from May 5 to May 20, engaging with over 900 automotive retail professionals across various vehicle segments. This extensive study aimed to gather valuable insights into the primary business imperatives as the industry navigates the transition back to normalcy post COVID-19. The overarching goal was to gauge what aspects are most pressing for dealerships in India during this pivotal period.
The primary objective of this survey was to understand the concerns and priorities of automotive dealerships as they resume operations post-pandemic. The methodology involved reaching out to a diverse group of professionals within the automotive retail sector, ensuring a comprehensive representation across different vehicle segments.
